Creating space for our community to know, become like, and share Jesus
** Important INFOrmation **
We will be posting the most up to date information regarding building progress, interruptions to normal facility use, etc in Church Center. Once we have a little more to share, a new Building Project page will be added to the app. We will update that page as often as needed to keep you informed. This page will become basic project information only.
A few notes about pledges and tracking your pledge contributions
Once you submit a pledge - either online or with a physical card, your pledge will be entered (manually - it's not automatic) into the Church Center giving system similar to how we track regular giving. Inside the Church Center app, you can see your pledge and your giving progress.
Open Church Center rightarrow Click the "Give" icon on the bottom rightarrow Click the "My Giving" button rightarrow The next page shows all of your giving information. Click on "Pledges" rightarrow Once your pledge has been entered into the system, you will see it there. As you give towards your pledge, your progress can be seen.
The top of the page will show your total pledge amount with a progress bar underneath. It will also show you the fund (Campaign Fund), the donation period (time when giving to that fund will be tracked as a pledge contribution), and also the total Campaign Goal and our current progress towards it.
If you are giving online towards your pledge, be sure to select the "Campaign Fund" so gifts are properly tracked and recorded.
If you are giving via cash, check, etc, be sure to use a giving envelope and clearly note "Pledge" or "Campaign Fund" so it can be properly recorded.
If you have not turned in a pledge card, any giving to the "Campaign Fund" will still be used for our building project, but it will not be applied towards a pledge or towards our campaign goal.
Making Room for Connection
Our limited space keeps us from building meaningful relationships and sharing the hope of jesus.
The Vision
This expansion will create space designed for people, not just programs
- a place where faith and friendships thrive.
Key enhancements include:
• An expanded lobby for deeper connections
• Accessibility upgrades so everyone can participate
• Dedicated spaces for youth and children to grow
• Kitchen & infrastructure updates to fuel ministry for years
By increasing our space, we can help people move from
visitor to connected rightarrow believer to disciple rightarrow disciple to disciple-maker.
The Need
Our current children's ministry spaces limit what we can offer families. Because rooms are shared among kids, students, and adults, we can't run multiple programs at the same time. The existing children's areas lack the security families expect and weren't designed to meet the unique needs of infants through high school students.
Our congregation longs for deeper relationships, but limited space makes it difficult to connect. Adults of all ages struggle to find their place unless they're already plugged in, and visitors often slip in and out unnoticed. Without enough rooms, volunteers are stretched thin and leaders lack space to launch new classes, groups, and ministries.
Our lobby is crowded and unwelcoming, making it hard for guests and regular attenders to connect. The coffee station is tucked away, and the sanctuary's size limits congregational growth. Outdated facilities like our lift and kitchen also create barriers for accessibility and church-wide gatherings.
The solution
• Secure children's wing & nursery so parents can worship with confidence
• Dedicated youth center where teens connect, grow, and lead
• Purpose-built classrooms designed for infants through high schoolers, enabling concurrent programming for all ages
• Flexible spaces for Bible studies, small groups, and ministries for every stage of life
• Private rooms for counseling and support groups, to meet emotional and spiritual needs
• Dedicated areas for midweek discipleship, leadership development, and new ministry opportunities
• Expanded lobby for natural conversations and a welcoming first impression
• Coffee & seating areas that invite people to linger and connect
• Larger sanctuary creating room for growth and more meaningful gatherings
• ADA-compliant elevator and restrooms
• Upgraded kitchen supporting church-wide events and fellowship
